For any successful project to be executed, a well-planned and communicated strategy is crucial.
At Onnet, we believe in establishing mutual understanding and setting the right expectation before proceeding with any work to be done to ensure a smooth journey.
Here is how the consultation process will be done by our team.
Odoo Demo
A demo will be given to you on the types of Odoo apps and their many functions that help to grow your business. You will get the chance to see for yourself how user-friendly the Odoo user interface is.
The meeting also allows us to better understand any business challenges that you are currently facing.
Success Pack Purchase
Once the demo is done, we will walk you through the Odoo pricing. Odoo believes in transparency, so all our pricing information will be available on the Odoo website.
At this stage, you will be advised to subscribe to the first success pack to kick-start the need analysis.
Business Needs Study
Once the success pack has been paid successfully, the Onnet team will commence the business needs study. Our Odoo consultants will be assigned to lead the effort.
Discussion(s) will be scheduled with your team to gain a detailed understanding of your current and to-be business processes.
System Needs Analysis
Once the business needs study is done, our consultants will start mapping all collected business processes to the system functions.
This gap analysis that is performed between your business processes and Odoo system flow allows us to estimate the efforts required for the implementation.
Onboarding
At Onnet, we value all our clients.
We also understand that your first ERP system implementation can be overwhelming. To showcase our dedication to getting you started with Odoo, our experts will be guiding you through a series of onboarding processes.
Customer Briefing
The overview and expectations of the project will be presented to you by our friendly consultants.
To avoid future miscommunications, we will also walk you through some of the roles and responsibilities of both parties.
Project Execution Plan
The project execution plan consists of the initial project timeline and implementation plan.
It is our utmost priority to ensure our clients' demands are met, thus the project plan will only be executed when both parties have agreed on the terms and conditions.
LIVE System Setup
A LIVE system setup will be done by Onnet after the project execution plan has been confirmed. The initial setup will cover all the Odoo standard apps and basic settings.
User Training
We understand that having a lack of ERP experience can give you a hard time in implementing an ERP system into your business.
For a smooth adoption on your first ERP system, Onnet team will provide you with the necessary trainings (Odoo's UI and Navigation, Master Data Import and Odoo Apps Training) to get you started on your ERP journey to success.

The project implementation will be organized into phases and stages depending on the project's size and complexity. A typical project normally requires only one phase.

Each phase is designed to deliver a specific objective that is predefined during the consultation.
Stage Plan

To prevent a runway implementation scenario, each phase is further divided into stages with consistent process flows.

A clearly defined set of functions as proposed by the Onnet team will be added to the ERP system once agreed upon by you.

The team will begin the function configuration, customization, and/or development once approval is given.

You will be able to perform a UAT testing to validate if said functions meet the expectations when it is done.
Bug fixes and User Feedback

The Onnet team will fix any issues or bugs reported.

The accepted functions will be released to be the LIVE system, making it available for use upon your sign-off.
In case a second phase is needed, the stage will follow the same plan until the entire project implementation is completed.
