Odoo Demo
A demo will be given to you on the types of Odoo apps and their many functions that help to grow your business. You will get the chance to see for yourself how user-friendly the Odoo user interface is.
The meeting also allows us to better understand any business challenges that you are currently facing.
Success Pack Purchase
Once the demo is done, we will walk you through the Odoo pricing. Odoo believes in transparency, so all our pricing information will be available on the Odoo website.
At this stage, you will be advised to subscribe to the first success pack to kick-start the need analysis.
Business Needs Study
Once the success pack has been paid successfully, the Onnet team will commence the business needs study. Our Odoo consultants will be assigned to lead the effort.
Discussion(s) will be scheduled with your team to gain a detailed understanding of your current and to-be business processes.
System Needs Analysis
Once the business needs study is done, our consultants will start mapping all collected business processes to the system functions.
This gap analysis that is performed between your business processes and Odoo system flow allows us to estimate the efforts required for the implementation.

The project execution plan consists of the initial project timeline and implementation plan.

LIVE System Setup
A LIVE system setup will be done by Onnet after the project execution plan has been confirmed. The initial setup will cover all the Odoo standard apps and basic settings.
User Training

To prevent a runway implementation scenario, each phase is further divided into stages with consistent process flows.

A clearly defined set of functions as proposed by the Onnet team will be added to the ERP system once agreed upon by you.

The team will begin the function configuration, customization, and/or development once approval is given.

You will be able to perform a UAT testing to validate if said functions meet the expectations when it is done.

The accepted functions will be released to be the LIVE system, making it available for use upon your sign-off.
In case a second phase is needed, the stage will follow the same plan until the entire project implementation is completed.
