Manual Wholesale Ordering Slowed Down Operations

Rightway managed dealer orders manually using job forms. Order intake, verification, and administrative follow-ups were time-consuming and prone to errors, especially as volume increased.

With Odoo, dealers can now place orders through multiple methods—real-time online ordering or bulk uploads via Excel sheets. This flexibility reduces administrative load while ensuring orders are always captured accurately and promptly.

No Inventory Tracking Across Companies & Regions

The team had no centralized inventory tracking, limiting visibility and causing frequent confusion during peak ordering periods.

Rightway now uses a unified stock table view that updates automatically upon login. Every team member—and every dealer with permission—can see live inventory levels. Multi-company and multi-country support connects directly to the HQ database, ensuring consistent information across regions.

Accounting & Order Management Operated Separately

The previous accounting system was not linked to ordering workflows. This created inefficiencies, duplicate work, and delays in financial reconciliation.

Odoo integrates accounting and order management in a single ecosystem. Every confirmed order is instantly reflected in invoices, payments, and financial reports, tightening the entire operational cycle.

Difficulty Supporting Both B2B and B2C Customer Journeys

Rightway needed a solution capable of managing both eCommerce sales (B2C) and dealer orders (B2B), but existing systems couldn’t support both efficiently.

Odoo now powers Rightway’s B2B dealer ordering portal and B2C eCommerce store within one connected platform. Product code identifiers, shipping cost calculations, and automated workflows ensure smooth operations across both customer segments.
